From start to finish the service has been attentive and fast. Elliot, my order rep, did an excellent job answering questions I had. You just never know what you''re getting when using tech-service vendors. They sent me a label, did an assessment on the drive, and then let me know the price. This is the only word of caution I would impart--you will pay. I had an even higher estimated price (upwards to $3000.00) to recover my 500GB~ of data. They have tiers based on how fast you want the turnaround to be. Even still, I negotiated the price down to around $1100, because I didn''t need to have it back to me immediately. Signing the documents for the service was easy, everything was e-signed. Truthfully, I thought I wouldn''t receive my data until next year, but they got it to me literally within the same month I sent it. They recovered 100% of the files and placed it on a Western Digital HDD. The drive was encrypted for security purposes, and I appreciate that extra mile. I received the data within 2 days of SDR completing the job. I''d highly recommend SDR. You will get great service, ethical communication, and Elliot did an awesome job keeping me updated on the job status until I received it. Just realize this is a service where the minimum could be close (if not more) than $1000.00.
