Really incredible delivery from the SD team. They helped recover every single one of my files on a WD hard drive that had malfunctioned. The SSD on my Windows laptop failed. I tried to recover my personal files using EaseUS and Disk Drill but was unsuccessful. I dropped my SSD off at a local Secure Data location and they were able to recover all of my important files. They also gave me pricing options based on timing and ended up delivering ahead of schedule. Kevin was helpful in going over options and guiding me through the process.Recovery is costly and I certainly wish I had backed up my files, but Secure Data was able to recover my files in did so in a timely and professional manner.
