I had an old HDD with a lot of personal photos and memories on it. I was always going to back it up later. I never got around to it and the inevitable occurred: HDD failure. My account rep Josef patiently talked me through the process and answered my many questions. He was kind and empathetic, and helped me navigate the pricing options to find something that worked with my budget. Lost a external HDD due to mormal wear and tear. Unfortunately I backed up most of my life on it. Secure data was able to recover 95% of my data, which made me a happy customer. When trouble strrikes again my first call will go to Secure data.

Having my hard drive fail with years of irreplaceable photos was the worst feeling, but Secure Data saved the day and was able to retrieve all but just a couple files that were bad. And there were A LOT of photos on my drive. Jason provided excellent customer service and stayed in constant communication throughout the process which eased my anxiety my images were lost forever. Yes, it is going to cost some money for retrieval, but I don't put a price tag on my memories.

I had more than 1.15 million files on my 4TB hard drive when it failed, mostly images and pictures. This drive WAS my backup drive and I faced the prospect of losing more than four years'' worth of images and pictures as well as other document files.SecureData was able to recover all but 25 damaged files and put them on a brand new 5TB drive, which I received today.
