I had a couple of hard drives with various issues. The secure data team was able to locate the problem, and provide me with a number of solutions.I worked exclusively with Scott and he was able to talk me through the whole process and resolve any concerns I had. He was very knowledgeable and was able to be flexible with solutions that worked best for me.I was also impressed by the speed of work without the sacrifice of quality. Very quick turnaround even though I was not asking for expedited service.I would definitely work with Scott and the Secure Data team again!

My external hard drive crashed that had many personal photos and videos of our travels including a trip to Italy last year. Elliot talked me down off the cliff and convinced me there was good reason to be optimistic they could recover nearly all of it. He was very responsive, patient and explained to me the process. Out of nearly 15,000 photo and video files only 8 could not be recovered. While obviously I hope to never need their services again, I would not hesitate to use them if needed.

I had a complex data recovery situation regarding a burnt out CPU on an encrypted mobile phone. Jason Molinaro from Secure Data helped tremendously, and we were able to recover the data using a donor phone/board. I was able to get everything back, and they delivered both the dead phone and donor phone back to me, as well as an HDD. On cost, the were reasonable given the complexity of the work. Hopefully, I don''t ever have to deal with something like that again, but I''d at least know with this service that I would have professionals that could perform the task.

Worked with Eric Dvorin. Absolutely nervous and anxious because I had a hard drive bay die with over 28TBs of footage but Eric was such a pro and was great working with me. Helped me through every step of the process and provided updates weekly and was very honest and real about the situation. Great person to have helped me through a nervous process. Now the process isn''t cheap. Not by a longshot. But after seeing and going through the process I completely understand why. You are paying for success and guaranteed success and nobody comes closer then these guys.
