Overall, Secure Data did a good job of taking care of my out of commission external drive. Josef kept me informed as best he could with status updates and with timely processing the delivery of my new external drive and also my defective drive. Josef also was very responsive to my questions explaining when my work order would be completed and delivered. This was an extremely stressful situation for me and Josef did a great job of making sure I was apprised of the progress and estimated completion. Thanks to all who completed the work to get me back in business. Your efforts were much appreciated!

After dropping my external drive to the ground I was no longer able to retrieve the data it contained. I took it to 2 local shops and they could not get anything off of it. I opted for expedited service which I was told would going to be between 10 and 18 business days, but the recovery process was complete in 6 days. I could not be any happier.
