The level of honesty I got here was amazing. I came with a B&H recovery plan that I didn't fully understand and was upset about a cost of a replacement drive that I assumed was covered. I wasn't happy with their invoice. They understood how I could be upset and rather than push their services of getting a drive from them and make me feel like their was was the only way - I was told that I should message the manufacturer as my damage was manufacturer caused to see if they could send me a free replacement instead. The process took so long that the manufacturing company upgraded to an even bigger hard drive than I came in with and I was able to send them the new drive and they transferred everything over. So now because of them I was able to get 8TB of extra hard drive space for free because of their guidance. 10/10 service.
