The shipping went smoothly in both directions, with notifications and the return drive was passcode protected. The price was high and Scott managed to negotiate a small discount because I was not in a hurry. The technicians successfully recovered all of my data. I had some difficulty opening the new drive with the passcode (it is handled with a phone app, and the app had recently changed). Scott passed me on to Blake, one of the security technicians and he succeeded in having me access the drive within minutes.
