Security data recovery did an outstanding job helping me recover my data. I had never heard of a flash drive going bad before. I simply mailed in my flash drive and they sent back my data within 2 weeks. I really appreciated their prompt service.

While the end cost was more than I''d hoped it would be (my drive was significantly damaged)...they were able to retrieve 98% of the drive, including important unfinished projects and raw video files.

The cost to have NOT repaired the data would have been monumental. So while I hope to never have to retrieve data off an SSD again-I will 100% go back to working with Secure Data if it happens.
