I looked into recovery of two old hard drives in November 2025, and Kyle M explained the process and stayed very communicative throughout the process. When it turned out that both drives were significantly damaged and that the repair would be much more involved (and expensive) than I had hoped, Kyle also worked to reduce the asking price. I ultimately decided not to proceed with the repair, and Ky... Read Morele was understanding and sent the drives back at no cost. Though I didn''t wind up getting the data recovery, I would still highly recommend this as the first place to check for data recovery.
