We had an external hard drive that failed upon a Restore request and Jason was very helpful and service was prompt and he provided great explanations and links for a less than tech-savvy bookkeeper. We got our data back and restored to it''s proper place.

Sent the drives off, they had the drives analyzed and quote back to us within a couple of days. It took some additional days to get the drives imaged because they were that bad. Found that all but one drive had physical issues. Timothy made sure he kept me up to date on where they were in the process.
They were able to recover 99% of the data and got it back to us. It was definitely worth the money to get that much of our data back. The cost was high to recover the data, but going forward without that data would have cost us more to redo in labor. It was definitely a lifesaver. Hopefully we will not have this issue repeat itself, but if it does Timothy would be my first call.
