I had a great experience with Secure Data. My iphone 15 was not backed up and one day stopped working and would not turn back on. The Apple Store attempted to restore the phone, but error code 4013 came up. Essentially, the logic board had failed. I later learned that the firmware was corrupted. I had a lot of data on the phone that was not backed up and I believed I had permanently lost.After looking around, I found Secure Data and spoke with Scott McMacken. He was knowledgeable and clear in his communication, and I immediately felt confident that Secure Data had a good chance of recovering my data. The process was easy and quick.
