I had an external hard drive full of my childhood photos. It was the only place my parents stored them, so I was working to back them up when the drive started to corrupt the files. I thought my childhood memories might be gone forever! Thankfully, Secure Data was able to recover 85% of them. It was super expensive, but I guess that’s the price you pay to recover irreplaceable photos! Jay from Secure Data was super communicative and transparent throughout the entire process.

I have three Western Digital external hard drives that have stopped functioning correctly. I submitted requests for data recovery to three companies listed on the WD website, and Secure Data was one of them. Barely 10 minutes after I submitted a request to Secure Digital, Jason called me directly. Quite frankly, I was shocked to receive a live phone call so quickly. He was very efficient and friendly, and walked me through the process of setting me up to send in the drives.Unfortunately, the cost of Secure Data''s services was outside of my budget, so I had to decline using the service. He was understanding, and helped set up the return of the drives. BTW - the other two companies that I contacted only sent automated responses, both of which indicated that I would have to do most of the work to get my drives registered and sent to them.
