Once Secure Data recovery received it, they set to work examining the drive and then advised me that they could recover most of the data. I spoke with another person by phone and explained what I hoped to recover from the SSD drive. I provided billing information and chose expedited service. Within 3 days, Secure Data Recovery sent me a list of all the files they could recover, along with a separate list of raw data they found in the damaged areas. I authorized the recovery action and received my damaged drive and a WD MyPassport external drive with the data they recovered. I''m completely satisfied with the work Secure Data Recovery Services provided and with the amount of updates Mr Rutan provided to me throughout the process. I would rely on them again to recover data from a crashed drive, and highly recommend their services to anyone in my situation!
