I got referred to Secure Data Recovery by a local computer repair place because I had a hard drive full of family photos that had a mechanical failure. I worked with Eric throughout the process and they explained all the steps and checked in with me throughout the process. They sent my files back on a secure disk and really saved some memories that were precious to my Mom. They did great work

Had a drive with some really sentimental footage on it that somehow skipped and sort of ripped itself to shreds before I could back it up. Called around to a lot of places who all quoted me the same price but Eric from Secure was the only one that asked detailed questions and called back to check in. They were able to diagnose the issue and even though it was pretty badly damaged, they were able to recover almost everything on it including the most important files. The video files were damaged but after emailing back and forth a bit they were able to pinpoint the issues and restore the video files I needed. Eric was a rock throughout the process and either reached out to me at each step or responded within a day to any questions I had.I am very satisfied with the service they did, and am extremely grateful to have had this issue resolved!

These guys were fantastic. I had a hard drive crash that had footage we needed to finish editing a film we recently shot. I reached out and Kyle and his team were absolutely fantastic. Not only did they recover all information and get it back to me on a new drive, but they didn't at a speed most companies could never do. These guys deserve all the respect and 100% live up to their word. 10/10 performance and I would recommend them to anybody in need of recovery from crashed drives. If it happens to me again, which I pray it doesn't, I would definitely reach out to Kyle and his team. They saved us lots of money on having to do reshoots to go and get that footage again.
