When you are told by an Apple Genius that your phone has failed in a one-in-a-million situation, you don''t exactly feel lucky-especially when most of your data has not been fully backed up. That was my situation until Secure Data and Josef Lang came along.I was recommended to Secure Data by the Apple Genius with decades of experience in the tech field. He spoke extremely highly of the company, and after going through the recovery process myself, I now understand exactly why.The technical outcome was extraordinary: Secure Data recovered 100% of my data, with everything returned in full fidelity. For me, that was an almost unbelievable result!Still, the part of this experience that made the biggest impression on me was my assigned case representative, Josef Lang. He made what could have been an incredibly stressful and overwhelming experience feel manageable from start to finish. He was consistently available, communicated clearly, and never made me feel like I was just another case number.Josef didn''t simply oversee the recovery and pass along updates. He took personal responsibility for making sure I understood what was happening and that every logistical detail was handled properly. Whenever there was something I needed to know, he explained it clearly and patiently rather than drowning me in technical jargon. He helped arrange the shipment of my phone, stayed involved throughout the recovery process, and made himself available whenever I had questions or concerns. He always responded within minutes, always by email AND phone. Even when he was busy with another client and couldn''t get to me immediately, he always followed up within minutes.What really stood out was that Josef''s involvement didn''t end once my data was delivered. He called within 15 minutes of my data drive being delivered to make sure I had received everything and that there were no remaining issues. He even patiently walked me through the process of accessing and restoring the recovered data to my new phone. That extra level of care meant a great deal to me after such a stressful experience.The recovery of my data was exceptional, but the human side of the experience is what I will remember most. Josef combined technical knowledge with patience, communication, organization, and genuine attentiveness. At a time when I was understandably worried about losing years'' worth of data, having someone who consistently stayed engaged and looked after the details made all the difference.I sincerely hope I never need professional data recovery again. My hard drive was sent to Secure Data. It was inoperative. I could not get my laptop to recognize my hard drive. After a lengthy procrastination about have the data recovered, they retrieved my PDF and Window files, my video and audios. After receiving my hard drive and being able to see my valued files again, I am very satisfied with the service I received from Secure Data.

It was expensive, but they got all of my data, and put the bad data or incomplete data (4 gigs out of 4 Tbs) in a folder so i knew what was messed up. They allowed me to use a payment plan and pay it off slowly. When it was paid off I got mailed my drive within 3 days. The guy attached to my case Jay was very communicative, and respondedly quickly to email replies and kept me in the leap. Good service, expensive but you get what you pay for. Highly recommended

Thanks to Secure Data and Scott M., I was able to recover several terabytes of my Dad''s bird photos after my parents'' home was flooded. Scott walked me through the process and explained everything every step of the way. I felt like all my concerns were heard and they were able to work with my timeline especially as it applies to making payments.
