Really great experience with SDR and Nathan always took the time to explain everything clearly. Unfortunately, my HD was in such a state the data couldn''t be recovered, but they were honest and didn''t charge me anything for it, despite working on it for a couple of weeks! Really pleased with the communication and how they handled everything, don''t hesitate to give these guys a go.

I had stored on a large capacity external drive all my family pics and documents I ever had (without backup - great mistake!), and when the drive failed recently, I was desperate. I reached out to Secure Data Recovery for assistance with an external hard drive that stopped working but had an important electronic data, photographs and documents that I needed to recovery. He answered all of my questions via email and phone over a number of days, and this made the process much easier. The team recovered all data with a very quick turnaround that was faster than what was initially estimated. I was provided a list of the recovered files and documents for review to ensure that all data was recovered. The recovered data was sent back to me using a new storage device. It was a great experience working with Secure Data Recovery Services and Kyle in particular. I will use them again if I have another data recovery issue that needs resolution.
