Ivan was competent, efficient and most helpful. I got the replacement drive with all my recovered data back within a week. I wish the price had been lower, but I needed the data and to reconstruct it would have taken many days, even though I do backup about once a week.
I do hope I never have to have a drive recovered...but if I do I will com back to Secure Data.
