I had an external hard drive full of my childhood photos. It was the only place my parents stored them, so I was working to back them up when the drive started to corrupt the files. I thought my childhood memories might be gone forever! Thankfully, Secure Data was able to recover 85% of them. It was super expensive, but I guess that’s the price you pay to recover irreplaceable photos! Jay from Secure Data was super communicative and transparent throughout the entire process.

I have three Western Digital external hard drives that have stopped functioning correctly. I submitted requests for data recovery to three companies listed on the WD website, and Secure Data was one of them. Barely 10 minutes after I submitted a request to Secure Digital, Jason called me directly. Quite frankly, I was shocked to receive a live phone call so quickly. He was very efficient and friendly, and walked me through the process of setting me up to send in the drives.Unfortunately, the cost of Secure Data''s services was outside of my budget, so I had to decline using the service. He was understanding, and helped set up the return of the drives. BTW - the other two companies that I contacted only sent automated responses, both of which indicated that I would have to do most of the work to get my drives registered and sent to them. Very impersonal Customer Service. I will certainly be happy to recommend both Jason and Secure Data to anyone that has a critical need for data recovery.

Kyle was amazing in handling a very difficult situation for us. He was so professional and easy to deal with and turned a very upsetting week into a pleasant one where he followed up at every step and kept us informed of what was happening.I would not hesitate to recommend Secure Data to anyone.

Kyle Moravcik was the best to work with. He was always following up and made sure we knew what was going on with our data recovery. He was great with communication and also made it affordable to recover our data. Scott was very helpful in guiding me through the process and explaining every step that both of would take to get my data recovered. I had taken my Flash Drive to other businesses to recover my data and all looked at my Drive for 1 minute and declined saying they could not retrieve my data. Scott looked and said no problem. I was shocked as I expected more of the same type of response. I guess my Flash Drive chip is designed in such a way that it takes a little more effort, but Scott could get it done. I would recommend Secure Data to recover my data anytime. They also protect your privacy, it is written in documents the customer signs before any work is done. Cost is also provided before any work is done. I would recommend Secure Data Recovery to any and all.
