From the second I got started looking into recovery services for my broken flash drive, everything went flawlessly. I know that I was fully informed, with more than easily understood information and processing of how I could fully know what it is that would be done to access my lost information, the payment situation, and the contract details. Jeff was easily the best part of my experience, and I am happy he was there to help me.
As for the procedures, it took less than two weeks to fully process and they gathered absolutely everything I can remember without any question, and I couldn''t be any more gratefully happy than I could''ve hoped to be. Everything was state-of-the-art with the beautiful and amazing External Hard Drive I received, professionally put together and arrived the day after I spoke to Jeff from FedEx, arriving earlier than expected, with that even being said by my FedEx delivery man. And it was as easily smooth to comprehend in transition to transition from point to point on the guide I saw on my account, page with the guideline of my case and its'' researching and processing and such, informing me of all the steps they were using to scan the drive, and the ins-and-outs, diagnosis, etc. and everything they were doing to save and retrieve my information. I am ecstatic to have found Secure Data Recovery, and of course, I''ll always hope to find Jeff whenever and if ever the time comes for me to need any help with my electronics-related needs.
Honestly, I feel as though there is so much to say with all positive and no negative, without at least understanding what you''re going into which goes without saying when I spoke to Jeff and his laying out of the process to me, as I aforementioned, but I don''t know what more I could say, other than the process went smoothly and flawlessly from my end, and I never felt as though I didn''t have a natural, easy understanding of what, when, where, how and even why, I suppose, in every section of the process. Anything you could ask to me as a customer, or even to Jeff, I can''t say anything to other than it was a practically perfect experience, and I can hardly believe I didn''t even know about this company until after my flash drive''s most terrible, awful mishap, that I admit I was extremely upset about on the on-set with a feeling of being tremendously hopeless in seeing anything on it again. But miraculously, this story has a happy ending and I am completely satisfied with how my information was gained back and how my case was handled.
